Follow these Steps and Make your Own Blog and Post Your Thoughts
First of all the requirement to create a blog is a Google Account..
You Should Have an Gmail id to ctreate a blog..
if it already had its fine..
otherwise just go and Sign up at www.gmail.com
After Creating Gmail Account You Just Go to www.Blogger.com
You Will Get The Page like This... Enter Your Gmail Id and Password and Click Sign in
Then You will Get The Another Page contained display name and Gender...
enter the fields and check the i Accept terms and Click On Continue
In The Next Window Click On Create Your Blog Now Button
In the next page enter the Blog title and Blog Address (URL) of your blog
Click on the Check Availability. if the URL is Available It Displays "This blog address is available"
If the URL is not Available It Displays "Sorry, this blog address is not available"
After Giving the Appropriate URL Click On Continue Button
You Will Get a Next Window with Some Templates to Your Blog..
Select any One Of the Template and Click On Continue Button..
Thats it... You Have Created your Own Blog ..
Just Start Posting By Giving a Post Name And Post Content
After Entering Your Post Click On Publish Post Option
This Is The Way To Create Your Ownm Blog...
To Enter Into Your Blogger Mai Home Page Just Click On the Dash Board Present on Right Up Side Of Your Page, then You will get Like This...

Answer:: Its Very Easy Ranjith Just Go To Settings Tab in Dashboard..
Click On Permissions...
In That Page in The Blog Readers Select "Only People I Choose"
Under That Submitt Your Friends Email Id...
Thats it :)
